Yoga and meditation classes offered specially to toddlers and their Mums/Dads in a nurturing way which is free from judgement and competition.  A perfect way for Mums/Dads to incorporate fitness into their daily routines whilst deepening their  connection to their toddlers.  Our classes incorporate the use of traditional and non-traditional yoga poses, props, music, breathing and relaxation practices, plus lots and lots of FUN! 

 

We encourage parents to bring their children regularly to our Yoga classes in order to receive all the benefits from the programme.

Childcare/ Kindergarten Yoga Classes

We offer Yoga and meditation classes to Childcare and Kindergarten Centres as an incursion.  Our classes incorporate the use of traditional and non-traditional yoga poses, props, music, breathing and relaxation practices, plus lots and lots of FUN!  Session times vary according to the childrens’ ages in the group.

Each of the yoga classes are extremely flexible and can be themed to incorporate the childrens’ interests or to support the program’s current focus. 

​

Samples themes include ABC, Numbers, Farm Adventures, African Adventure, A Day at the Beach, Animals, Bugs, Transport,  Space Adventure, etc.

We offer Yoga and meditation classes to both Primary and Secondary Schools.  Our classes can be incorporated into a weekly physical education program or library or even take place during lunch times or after school as part of your schools wellbeing programme.  We are also available to go into individual classrooms throughout the year to help incorporate yoga into your lesson plans.

 

Our classes are upbeat, energetic, non-competitive, and create a yoga experience which fosters self expression, positive body awareness, social skills, positive thinking and mindfulness.
