Family Yoga is different!!  If anything a Family Yoga class usually feels like a big family get-together.

We offer Yoga and meditation classes to individual family units in the comfort of their own homes or at an alternative venue.  Family is so important, and time and care are needed to nurture it and make it work; yoga is perfect for this! Children, parents, and even grandparents get to enjoy practicing yoga together and strengthen their bonds while they support each other and have fun.

There are very few activities for parents and children to do together. In most children’s extracurricular activities, the parents drop them off and come back after an hour, or they just sit and watch; there is no parent/child interaction.

Parent & Child Yoga Classes

Out teachers are available for yoga sessions at Libraries and Community Houses.  Choose your favourite book and whilst we read it we act out the characters and storyline using yoga poses to simultaneously stimulate the childrens physical, social, emotional and intellectual development.  Reading comes alive with yoga!!!
